Off course, we all think that by eating more we get fat but the problem is not eating, in fact the problem is eating too much and eating junk foods.

So to save you some time, you can trim up by just eating the right foods for you. Ironically many of us don't know what to eat and what not to. But don't worry; you don't have to visit a nutritionist. Just pick up a few food items and remember one thing, apart from these you must eat whatever is full of fiber and had low caloric value.

1. Fish

3. Dairy Products
Don't reduce your calcium intake. It has been proven that metabolism slows down when calcium gets deficient in your body.

4. Lean protein
The main reason doctors advise lean protein for people who are obese is because it is difficult for the stomach to digest lean protein and because of this, you won't feel hungry for a long period of time. You can consume lean meat from eggs, chicken, fish and even turkey.
